Hapus Akun Voryn

Berlaku sejak 4 Oktober 2026

Cara tercepat: dari dalam app

1. Buka Voryn, lalu masuk ke Pengaturan → Profile.
2. Ketuk Hapus Akun.
3. Ketik HAPUS, lalu ketuk Hapus Akun Permanen.

Akun langsung terhapus saat itu juga.

Tidak bisa membuka app?

Kirim email ke subrata.surabaya@gmail.com dengan subjek "Hapus Akun Voryn" dan sertakan Voryn ID-mu. Kami akan memverifikasi kepemilikan akun terlebih dahulu, lalu memproses penghapusan paling lambat 30 hari setelah verifikasi.

Data yang dihapus

• Nama, Voryn ID, foto profil, status, data login, token notifikasi, dan hash recovery phrase.
• Semua pesan yang kamu kirim, termasuk di grup, dan semua chat pribadimu. Chat pribadi juga hilang di sisi lawan chat.
• Kontak, permintaan kontak, daftar blokir, dan reaksi. Kamu juga dikeluarkan dari semua grup.
• Kunci enkripsi dan semua data Voryn di HP, jika dihapus dari dalam app.

Data yang tetap disimpan

• Penanda "Akun Terhapus" berisi ID acak dan kunci publik, tanpa data pribadi, agar riwayat grup anggota lain tetap bisa dibuka.
• Laporan pelanggaran yang pernah kamu kirim, dengan identitasmu dihapus.
• File foto atau voice note dari pesan yang dihapus, dalam bentuk terenkripsi yang tidak bisa kami buka.

Delete your Voryn account

Effective 4 October 2026

Fastest: from inside the app

1. Open Voryn and go to Settings → Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account (shown as "Hapus Akun").
3. Type HAPUS, then tap the confirm button.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't open the app?

Email subrata.surabaya@gmail.com with the subject "Hapus Akun Voryn" and include your Voryn ID. We will verify that you own the account, then complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

What is deleted

• Name, Voryn ID, profile photo, status, login data, notification token and recovery phrase hash.
• All messages you sent, including in groups, and all your private chats. Private chats also disappear for the other person.
• Contacts, contact requests, block list and reactions. You are also removed from all groups.
• Encryption keys and all Voryn data on the phone, when deleted from inside the app.

What is kept

• A "Deleted Account" marker with a random ID and the public key, with no personal data, so other members can still open their group history.
• Abuse reports you submitted, with your identity removed.
• Photo or voice note files from deleted messages, in encrypted form that we cannot open.
